HEAD HUNTING
For particular or specialised positions we are able to undertake a confidential search and selection role to target particular individuals for specific positions. However, due to the sensitive nature of our business, we undertake not to approach any of our client's staff.

OUR FESS & TERMS OF BUSINESS
In the event of a candidate being offered a position, a pre-agreed professional fee is charged to the client in accordance with our Terms of Business. Our terms, fees and rebate periods are clearly set out and agreed with clients prior to any work being carried out. We feel that our fee level represents extremely good value for money a
nd is often significantly less than the fee our clients receive from our candidate's first deal.
