HOW DO YOU FIND ME A JOB?
We find out the information that we need to know about you and then set about matching your requirements with those companies and vacancies that have registered with us. Once we have identified suitable positions we will telephone you and go through them with you. When you give us the go ahead, we will contact the companies and try and arrange an interview for you. We will then give you all the relevant details like who you're where, background on the company, etc .

Don't get carried away. Whilst we have done our best to make our service as simple and straightforward as possible for you, you still have to attend the interview and get the job yourself. However, we have a tremendous success rate and are able to place probably about 90% of people registering with us.

WHAT DO COMPANIES LOOK FOR?
Well it's horses for courses and whilst each company is different, there are some common requirements that we hear all the time. "I want somebody who is smart and confident with good communication skills and loads of enthusiasm" is among the more common requirements we hear. During our discussions with both clients and candidates we try to develop a genuine feel for their respective requirements. Often the details are important and can influence who we call. Most of the time however, we try and get a feel for what they are looking for and match these with the appropriate company or vacancy. The majority of our placements are made when we have made introductions to only one or two clients.
